The Puyallup School District - The Puyallup School District committee will take an extra year to study a proposed switch from junior highs to middle schools.
In 15-member group of parents, teachers and administrators that began work in October asked last week for more time to study the idea.
The group was originally scheduled to report its findings to Puyallup School Superintendent Tony Apostle in January 2012 but will now have until March 2013.
